In 1999, Viscalet received an honorary award at the Berlin Film Festival when he met Fernando Truba, who helped him produce the successful film "Under the Stars". Viscaret will share this segment with Alan Berliner, and Alan Berliner's documentary "Intimate Stranger" will also be screened, telling the story of the director's grandfather, his tumultuous years, and World War II. Felix Viscalet was born in Pamplona in 1975 and studied film directing at William Patterson University in New Jersey, where he directed the short film "The Dreamer", which won multiple awards, including the Panoramic Jury Special Award at the Berlin Film Festival (1999).
