A fierce crocodile named Ramon was washed into the city sewer when he was a baby. It survived and became a 32-foot-long threat. It devoured animals and humans. Ramon is so huge because he has been eating dead pets - treated with growth hormone - so he has been eating for 12 years. Now, this huge beast is angry and seeking revenge. Only Detective David Madison knew the existence of Ramon. His task was to prove to the rest of the city that a tropical beast lived among them.
