劇情：St. Juda Square is a community living in fear and despair. The duel gangs of local leaders Dash and Antuan threaten the streets, and citizens live in places with no hope at all... Until the mysterious stranger Ryan Hong (played by Cunle) arrives in town. He began to use his unparalleled martial arts skills to confront another group and called on his outstanding mentor Tino (played by Jean Claude van Dame) to find the strength to counterattack. However, just as Hong began to control the community, he met the cruel and corrupt police chief of the town, V.
