劇情概要：
The noisy and arrogant Professor Challenger is a famous biologist and anthropologist. He dares to let the London Zoological Society carry out an exploration. Without physical evidence, he confirmed that he had discovered living dinosaurs in his previous exploration in the Amazon Basin. In addition to him and his "socialite" rival Professor Summerley, the team also includes the experienced discoverer Lord Roxbury, the young reporter Ed Malone and Jennifer Holmes, the daughter of the boss of the Malone News Agency. These people are basically conditions for raising funds. In Brazil, Jennifer's brother David and local "guide" Manuel Gomez also joined them.
